We take a thoughtful and individualized approach to admissions to ensure each student is placed in an environment where they can truly thrive.

Step 1: Connect with Our Intake Team

During this initial conversation, we gather information about your child’s academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs to determine whether ELIvation Schools is the right fit. 

Step 2: Fit Review & Enrollment Documents

If we determine that our program is a strong fit, families will receive the following enrollment materials:

+ ELIvation Schools Agreement (including tuition selection)

+ ELIvation Pricing Sheet

+ ELIvation Enrollment Packet

+ Student Emergency Information Form

+ Our Hands-On Approach to Supporting Children Form

+ 2025–2026 Academic Calendar

Step 3: Required Records

To complete enrollment, families must submit:

+ Certificate of Immunization Status (CIS) or official immunization records

+ Completed enrollment paperwork

Once all required documents are received and reviewed, our team will confirm enrollment and next steps.
