Tyler, our Administrative & All Site Director, hails from Southern California but grew up in Tacoma, Washington. With family members having special needs, he developed a unique perspective on the strengths and challenges of non-typical families.
After playing football and studying mathematics at Whitworth University, Tyler entered the workforce in trades and coaching football. His passion for teaching and helping young people led him to special education and gaining CTE credentials. Now, he's excited to develop our CTE programs and project-based learning, guiding our students toward success.
In his free time, Tyler enjoys coaching his three young children's sports teams and giving back to the community, particularly focusing on youth with special needs and at-risk backgrounds. He's also a dedicated Seahawk fan and loves watching professional football and wrestling.

I began my career as a social media influencer, building a strong personal brand and engaging a wide audience. Currently, I am the Social Media/Marketing Coordinator for Embrace Learning Institute (ELI). In this role, I manage ELI's social media presence, develop marketing strategies, and create content to promote ELI's programs.
My skills include social media management, content creation, marketing strategy, audience engagement, and community building. My unique background provides me with creative content and engagement skills, which I use to inspire diverse audiences. I am inspired by the opportunity to encourage kids, especially those with special needs, to follow their dreams and strive for success. Watching these children grow and achieve their goals is incredibly rewarding and drives my commitment to ELI's inclusive and supportive environment.
