B.E.S.S & Support Staff
At Embrace Learning Institute, we believe every student deserves a safe, empowering, and engaging environment where they can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Our Behavior & Educational Support Specialists (B.E.S.S.) and support staff are the heart of this mission. Each team member brings a unique combination of expertise, compassion, and dedication to ensure every student receives the individualized support they need to succeed.
Our B.E.S.S. professionals work closely with students to provide guidance, implement behavioral strategies, and foster essential life skills. From one-on-one support to group interventions, they are trained to create inclusive, nurturing environments that celebrate every student’s abilities and potential.
Behind the scenes, our support staff—from facility specialists to administrative assistants—ensure that the school runs smoothly and that students and staff have the tools, resources, and safe environment they need to focus on learning and growth.
Together, our B.E.S.S. and support team make ELI more than a school—they make it a community where every student feels seen, valued, and supported on their unique learning journey.
